The 15-year-old son of ex-Gunner Kevin Campbell scored an astonishing 49 goals for City's under-16s last season and Arsene Wenger's scouts are tracking his progress.
Campbell turns 16 later this month and enhanced his growing reputation with four goals in Saturday's 6-0 youth win against Stoke.
After the win he tweeted: "Nice 6-0 win against Stoke to end the year, happy to score 4."
City have an increased focused on youth development and want to keep Campbell but the England under-17 international could be tempted to tread the same path as his dad.
Campbell Snr scored 46 goals in 166 appearances for the club after coming through the youth set-up.
Arsenal host City tonight looking to pull clear of Manuel Pellegrini's side in the table.
