Philippe Coutinho injury not serious, says Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp

Philippe Coutinho was substituted after 63 minutes with hamstring tightness

Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho picked up a minor knock against Manchester City but it is not serious, according to manager Jurgen Klopp.

The Brazilian, who scored his side's second goal in Saturday night's 4-1 thrashing of City at the Etihad, was taken off after 63 minutes and replaced by Jordon Ibe.
Klopp said the midfielder felt tightness in his hamstring and he is to undergo a scan to reveal the extent of any damage.
Coutinho scored Liverpool's second in a 4-1 win over Man City
But Reds boss Klopp said: "I hope he is well enough. He showed it is not a real injury, it was a little bit of cramp.
"He felt something but I hope that's all. He will be very important for us, everybody can see he's in really good shape in this moment. I hope he can react well enough."
Liverpool currently have a number of injury concerns, with striker Danny Ings and defender Joe Gomez out for the rest of the season.
Jose Enrique, Jordan Henderson and Jordan Rossiter are expected to be back in training in the coming weeks but Jon Flanagan and Mamadou Sakho remain out for a further month.
