Dortmund beat Schalke in Revierderby

Borussia Dortmund's players celebrate their win over rivals Schalke
Borussia Dortmund kept up the pressure on Bayern Munich at the top of the Bundesliga with a 3-2 win in the 87th Revierderby against Schalke on Sunday.

The match at the Westfalenstadion lived up to the pre-match expectations, with both sides clearly keen on all three points.
Shinji Kagawa's opener was cancelled out by Klaas Jan Huntelaar, before Matthias Ginter restored Dortmund's lead before the break.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang gave the hosts a two-goal lead, but Huntelaar set up a grandstand finish with his and Schalke's second.
The Royal Blues could not find an equaliser, though, as they fell nine points behind their local rivals, who are now back to within five of Bayern at the Bundesliga summit.
Sunday's other game saw Werder Bremen pick up a timely win, lifting them three points clear of the relegation zone.
A 2-1 win at bottom-placed Augsburg lifted them above local rivals Hannover and saw the Bundesliga's all-time top foreign goalscorer Claudio Pizarro open his account for the campaign, thus finding the back of the net in his 15th
Bundesliga season.
Augsburg, who won their second game in a row in the Europa League on Thursday, remain rooted to the foot of the table with only one win from their first 12 league matches.
