Who is The Next Chelsea Boss?

Following the poor performance of the league champions, questions has been raised concerning the managerial position of the team.

Chelsea's boss Jose Mourinho have been making the headlines for the wrong reasons. Criticism  of referees as well as his players have thrown major doubt on his future at the club. The team have performed below average, every department of the team have really under performed. The defense have been a major case, shipping in nineteen goals.

Some of the club fans are screaming on top of their voices that he should be sacked for not knowing the right players to be selected for each game, and others has said that the special one has lost it all.
My question for all Chelsea fan's all around the world is "should Mourinho be sacked, who do you think can do the job better"?.

Even if you bring back Sir Alex to manage a club like Chelsea, there is no guarantee that the club can give any manager time to build the team. My advice to Chelsea board and her players is to stick with the special one.

Having sacked Ancelotti, he would have been the best option to turn to, but i don't think he still have a good relationship with the London club. Or should the blues shift their attention to the just sacked Liverpool boss? no real Chelsea fan will listen to that advice.

Pep would be a perfect choice but i can't see him coming to Chelsea and this leads us to the tittle of this wonderful topic; Who is The next Chelsea Boss?
